| Observation Site Introduction |
This is a classical route from Nepal-China border port to Laos-China border port. You can drive through the mysterious Tibet, from the plateau and high west to the low and green east Tibet forests area, from Tibetan villages to various ethnic minorities villages in Yunnan, from the world roof to the tropical forests. This is one of the most beautiful roads in China, and it is the most interesting and challenging road in China.
NOTE:Since the driving tour is a special and flexible tour, and the route is for reference, and we may adjust it according to your prefference.

Enter China from Zhangmu port (China-Nepal border), and finish the border process.

Drive on the way.

Tingri is very near the Base Camp of the Mt. Everest, the highest peak in the world. If you are interested, we can add 1-2days visit to the Mt. Everest Base Camp for you.

Tingri/Shigatse (240km) |

Visit the Tashlunpo Monastery at Shigatse, the capital of back tibet.

Shigatse/Gyantse/Lhasa (340km) |

Drive to visit the Kumbum Monastery at Gyantse in the morning, and then visit the Yamdrok Lake---one of the 3 holy lakes in Tibet. Drive back to holy city---Lhasa.
