01 (28^th July)	Setting Off

02 (29^th July)	**/Chengdu	Hotel
	Arrive in Chengdu and then transfer to hotel. If time allows, visit the downtown city. Have hot-pot (the special food in Sichuan) for dinner.
03 (30^th July)	Chengdu/Ya’an/ Kangding	Hotel
	Visit the early Market in Chengdu and then head for Kangding )-ia Ya’an. Enjoy the scenery of the residence of west Sichuan.
04 (31^th July)	Kangding/ Yajiang/ Litang	Hostel or Tent
	Cross the Mt.Zheduo. Pass the Xinduqiao. Enter into the Maoya plain after cross over the two mountains: Mt. Gao’ersi(4500) and Mt. Jianziwan. Visit the Ker Monastery.
05 (01^th August)	Litang(Horse Racing Festival)	Hostel or Tent
	Join the Horse Racing Festival: Horse Racing; Dancing; The Play in Tibetan style; Costume show, etc. The details are according to the local arrangement.
06 (02^th August)	Litang (Horse Racing Festibal)/ Xinlong	Hostel
	Join the Horse Racing Festival: Horse Racing; Dancing; The Play in Tibetan style; Costume show, etc. The details are according to the local arrangement. Head for Xinlong in the afternoon and visit the Zere Monastery and Yixi Monastery.
07 (03^th August)	Xinlong/Gartse	Hotel
	Head for Gartse. Visit Anle Village and Bori Bridge on the way.
08 (04^th August)	Gartse/ Manigange/ Xilu Lake / Dege	Hotel
	Visit Dargre Gompa on our way to Manigango. Walk around the Lake Xinluhai（Yulong Cuo）to enjoy the natural scenery, then climb over Mt. Que’er Shan (4950 m). We can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains in distance and the Dege Valley. We’ll visit the Dege Religious Scripture Printing House in Dege in the afternoon.
09 (05^th August)	Dege/ Jomda/ Qamdo	Hotel
	We’ll arrive Qamdo(Historically, Qamdo was known as Kham or Karmo)via Jomda. On our way to Qamdo, we can see many typical Tibetan villages
10 (06^th August)	Qamdo/ Riwoqe	Hotel
	Visit Gedain Qambaling Gampa in Qamdo, (the oldest Gampa)in the morning.Then is the free time in local market. After lunch, we leave for Riwoche.
11 (07^th August)	Riwoqe/ Dengqen (Tengchen)	Hotel
	On the way to Dengqen we will Visit some gompas, such as Lawong Gompa, Jinka Gompa, Rong Tang Gompa. The road is rough.
12 (08^th August)	Dengqen / Baqing/ Sog	Hotel
	Visite Tengchen Gompa and Sertza Gompa, (which lies in mountain of the left side of the road. The 4x4 has to. Climb over Mt. Xuele(4200m) en route to Sog
13 (09^th August)	Sog/ Nagqu	Hotel
	Visit Suo Zan Dan Gompa in the outskirt of Sog en route to Nagqu.
14 (10^th August)	Nagqu	Hostel or Tent
	The Horse Racing Festival in Nagqu.
15 (11^th August)	Nagqu/ Namtso	Hostel or Tent
	The Horse Racing Festival in Nagqu in the morning and then head for Namtso
16 (12^th August)	Namtso / Lhasa	Hotel
	Walk around Namtso and then head for Lhasa in the afternoon.
17 (13^th August)	Lhasa	Hotel
	Visit the Potala Palace and Jokhang Gampa. Walking around the barkhor street.
18 (14^th August)	Lhasa	Hotel
	Visit Drepung Gompa and Sera Gompa.
19 (15^th August)	Lhasa/Chengdu	Hotel
	Air pick-up in Chengdu, and transfer to hotel.
20 (16^th August)	EXIT
	Airport send-off and end this visit.
