01 (20^th July)	Setting Off

02 (21^th July)	**/ Xining	Hotel
	Arrive in Beijing (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu), transfer to Xining by air, then to hotel.
03 (22^th July)	Xining/ Kumbum Monastery/ Gonghe	Hotel
	Visit Kumbum Monastery. Head for Gonghe
04 (23^th July)	Gonghe/ Hot Spring Village/ Madoi (Maduo)	Hotel or hostel
	Climb over Mt. Ela Pass, visit the scenery of Amdo Tibetan area on the way. It takes 7 hours to drive to Huashixia. Stay one night in Huashixia or Maduo.
05 (24^th July)	Madou/ Xiewu/ Yushu	Hostel or Tent
	The first bridge of the Yellow River. There are lots of Lakes and temples along the road. Enjoy the scenery in the plain. Cross the Bayankela Pass (4824M). Bayankela is the boundary of the Amdo Tibetan Minority area and the Kham Tibetan area. After Xiewu, visit the Xinzai Jiana Mani City.
06 (25^th July)	Yushu (3600)	Hostel or Tent
	Join the Horse Racing Festival: Horse Racing; Dancing; The Play in Tibetan style; Costume show, etc. The details are according to the local arrangement.
07 (26^th July)	Yushu(3600)	Hostel or Tent
	Join the Horse Racing Festival: Horse Racing; Dancing; The Play in Tibetan style; Costume show, etc. The details are according to the local arrangement. Visit Jiegu Monastery and Sajia Sect monastery, Changu Monastery ; Gemageju Sect monastery.
08 (27^th July)	Yushu/ Serxu	Hotel
	Head for Serxu via the Mani Stones. Visit Sexu Monastery and then go to the longest Mani Wall-Bage Mani Wall.
09 (28^th July)	Serxu/ Manigange	Hostel
	Head for Manigange. Apart form the county about 7Km, visit Moni Temple. Climb over a mountain (4800M), then visit Xieqing Temple(Mongolian Lamaism) and Dzogchen Temple(Mongolian Lamaism).
10 (29^th July)	Manigange/ Xinlu Lake / Gartse	Hotel
	Visit Xinlu Lake. Walk along the lakeside. Head for Dajin Temple (Dge-lugs-pa Temple- Shamanism). Then visit Ganzi Temple (Dge-lugs-pa-shamanism)
11 (30^th July)	Gartse/ Xilong	Hotel
	Head for Xinlong, via the Anle Village and visit the Bori Bridge there. Visit the Zere Monastery and Yixi Monastery in Xinlong.
12 (31^th July)	Xinlong/ Litang	Hostel or Tent
	Head for Litang and visit Ker Monastery.
13 (01^th August)	Horse Racing Festival in Litang	Hostel or Tent
	Join the Horse Racing Festival: Horse Racing; Dancing; The Play in Tibetan style; Costume show, etc. The details are according to the local arrangement.
14 (02^th August)	Litang/ Tagong	Hostel
	Join the Horse Racing Festival: Horse Racing; Dancing; The Play in Tibetan style; Costume show, etc. The details are according to the local arrangement. Head for Tagong in the afternoon.
15 (03^th August)	Tagong/ Danba	Hotel
	Visit Tagong Temple and its pagoda forest, Tagong Prairie, Mt. Yala. Head for Danba, visit Huiyuan Temple.
16 (04^th August)	Danba/ Rilong/ Wolong	Hotel
	Danba-the Country of Thousand of Blockhouses: Visit Suopo Blockhouse and Jiaju Tibetan Village. Pass by Rilong (Siguniang Mountain) and climb over Mt. Balang(4400m)
17 (05^th August)	Wolong / Chengdu	Hotel
	Visit the Wolong Nature Preserve for Panda. Return to Chengdu
18 (06^th August)	Chengdu/ Exit
	Airport send-off
